Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard commonly used for the Americans with Disabilities Act. That includes readable color contrast, full keyboard access, labeled form fields, clear headings and text descriptions for images.
Known limits
Interactive maps can be hard to use with some assistive technology. The ZIP checker and the list of service areas give the same information without the map.
