Using this website
By using this site, you agree to these terms. Please use it lawfully, and don’t try to disrupt it, misuse its forms or copy its content for commercial purposes.
Pricing and services
Our price is $100 per curb, with reduced rates for multiple curbs. We confirm your price by email before any work begins. Sending a request doesn’t create a contract. A job is only confirmed when we have agreed on the details with you. Availability depends on location, weather and local rules. We only paint black numbers on a white background, with no special designs.
Permission to paint
You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to request work at the property you give us, including any approval needed from an owner, landlord or HOA. Curb rules vary by municipality, and we may decline or postpone work where required.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send us.
Durability
Painted curbs wear over time because of weather, plows, salt, traffic and street work. We don’t guarantee that a number will last for any set period.
Painter applications
Sending an application doesn’t guarantee work and doesn’t create an employment or contractor relationship.
Website content
The website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties about it, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for damages arising from your use of it. Logos and content on this site belong to New York Curb Painters.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
